The focus of the Incredible Edible Festival is on food, including meals, goodies, gifts, decorating, packaging/shipping of food gifts and many other food related items and activities. While vendors, classes, demonstrations and other activities must be food related, all festival vendors do not have to sell food. For example, those businesses that sell kitchen wares, package food for gifts, prepare food, and make beverages, etc., were encouraged to participate in this gala event as an exhibitor, demonstrator or teacher.

The Olympic Peninsula Winery Association partnered with the Incredible Edible Festival and sold samples and offered wine for sale. The wineries participating were Olympic Cellars Winery, Camaraderie Cellars, Harbinger Winery, Fairwinds Winery and Finnriver Farm.

We also partnered with the Empty Bowls project to raise money for the Sequim Food Bank. This proved to be very successful by raising over $600 for the food bank.
